I've used and used this item and it has worked fabulously for me! Trying to use a traditional French crepe pan was difficult and this is so easy and also so much fun! It's also inexpensive compared to the commercial variety. I've had mine for a number of years and non-stick is starting to wear, but it's a $ item and well, for that little cost, will of course wear. You get what you pay for. I've very much enjoyed using it and so has everyone who has enjoyed the delicious crepes we make! Yum!

I was SO excited to get this crepe maker. It was awesome and made delicious crepes. However, after using it only a few times (over about 7 months), it broke. It got very hot, and then stopped working all together. When I called Villaware for help, they said that because I didn't have my receipt, they couldn't do anything besides replace it for a reasonable price plus tax and shipping. And now I can't return it to the store either.

Don't waste your time and money on this product, especially when the company doesn't back it up.
